Job summary

Accord Mortgages Limited seeks an experienced intermediary leader to join the Accord Sales Team as Regional Sales Manager. You will lead telephony and field development managers, executing strategy for the Intermediary business while embedding Inclusion & Diversity across operations.

Reporting to senior management, you will develop multi-year business plans, build strong relationships with large national and regional accounts, and drive lending quality, service targets and compliance through

Qualifications

Proven leadership in intermediary mortgage sales and regional/national accounts management.
Strong communication and presentation skills with executives (CEO, CFO, owners).
Understanding of proposition development and risk in mortgage distributions.
Ability to foster and manage relationships with intermediaries and internal teams.
Excellent knowledge of lending products, criteria, systems and regulatory procedures.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of telephony and field development managers to execute strategy for the Intermediary business.
Ensure lending quality, service targets, and compliance with policies and governance.
Develop short, medium, and long-term business plans to meet mortgage goals.
Collaborate with Underwriting and other teams to support sales and operations.
Partner with departments to deliver a top-tier customer experience with empathy and trust.
Lead inclusion & diversity initiatives across the group and its operations.
