GAP Group is seeking a Mobile Hire & Sales Coordinator to join our Plant & Tool division. You will be the first point of contact, handling hire requests, coordinating logistics, and driving sales in a busy depot environment.

The role involves regional travel across the South East, with flexible location options within the region. You will build relationships, resolve queries, and contribute to real career progression in a growing business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume hire desk or similar fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service with a commercial edge to drive sales.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Confident IT skills including Outlook and Excel.
• Team-oriented but capable of using own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing hires daily across plant and tool equipment.
• Process hire desk administration and handle customer and supplier queries quickly.
• Ensure stock levels meet demand and identify sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with drivers and fitters for timely deliveries and collections.
• Resolve customer complaints and supplier issues professionally.
