Job summary

Sodexo Ltd is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and support cleaning operations across multiple sites in the region. You will help maintain high cleanliness standards, assist with site handovers, and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

You will supervise and rota staff, deliver inductions and training, keep records up to date, and report any issues to the line manager. You will also cover annual leave to keep services running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a cleaning or supervisory role within the service industry.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements including COSHH.
• Full manual driving licence held for at least two years, with no more than three penalty points.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including early mornings and evenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Visit and support sites regionally, providing cover for annual leave and ensuring services run smoothly.
• Organise staff rotas and cover, deliver inductions and training, and keep training records up to date.
• Check stock, PPE, site standards and paperwork, support audits, and report any issues or concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service, support frontline teams and deputise for the line manager when required.
• Follow all health, safety and company procedures, including wearing PPE and completing daily vehicle checks.
