Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to support our cleaning teams across multiple sites in the region. This role ensures cleanliness, safety and high service standards, while organizing cover and training staff.

You’ll visit sites, supervise rosters, check PPE, complete records and deputise for the line manager as needed. 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 08:00–16:30, at £13.47 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements, including COSHH regulations.
• Full manual driving licence, held for at least two years, with no more than three penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Visit and support sites across the region, providing cover for annual leave and ensuring services run smoothly.
• Organise staff rotas and cover, deliver inductions and training, and keep training records up to date.
• Check stock, PPE, site standards and paperwork, support audits, and report any issues or concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service, support frontline teams and deputise for the line manager when required.
• Follow all Sodexo health, safety and company procedures, including wearing PPE and completing daily vehicle checks.
