Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience.
• Experience within cleaning, facilities management, or soft services environments.
• Experience managing front-line teams.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Full UK Driving Licence (company van provided).
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support front-line cleaning operatives across multiple sites.
• Provide operational cleaning cover when required.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure service standards are met.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and vetting activities.
• Deliver periodic carpet cleaning and deep cleaning services.
• Monitor attendance, absence reporting, and additional hours requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, security requirements, and client SLAs.
