Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ successful sales experience in medical devices, orthopaedics or healthcare.
• Proven track record in key account development and new business acquisition.
• Good understanding of NHS, ICs/ICB structures and private healthcare environment or the ability to learn quickly.
• Strong territory management, business planning, CRM discipline and sales reporting capability.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of NHS and private Key Accounts across the region with revenue, margin and penetration plans.
• Lead commercial conversations in strategic accounts and defend/expand opportunities against competitors.
• Develop opportunities across NHS Trusts, ICBs/ICs and support tender activity and pricing discussions.
• Manage orthotic channels and partners, develop joint business plans, monitor pipeline and performance.
• Build a high-quality CRM pipeline with forecasting and disciplined follow-up.
• Spend majority in the field, travel extensively, and act as a trusted commercial partner.
