pladis Global is seeking a Regional Procurement Buyer for the UK&I region on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead and manage marketing procurement, develop supplier relationships, and drive strategic sourcing across regional categories to ensure supply continuity and cost efficiency.

You will work with the Global Lead to maintain supplier bases, execute category strategies, and collaborate with regional teams to deliver productivity and sustainability outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of strategic sourcing within indirect procurement.
• Strong negotiation and commercial analytical skills.
• Experience in supplier relationship management or strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Responsibilities: Build supplier relationships and own sourcing strategy for regional materials and services; communicate category strategy; drive cost-out, cash flow, and sustainability; develop SRM with global and regional suppliers; collaborate with regional teams on productivity and continuity; implement regional procurement processes and category strategies.
• Operational Responsibilities: Gather requirements; lead end-to-end sourcing for new contracts within the category; negotiate terms with suppliers; perform D&B checks; present strategies and updates; monitor projects and supplier performance.
