Job summary

pladis Foods Limited is seeking a Regional Procurement Buyer to lead Facilities Management procurement for the UK and Europe, developing regional category strategies and building strong supplier relationships. You will manage end-to-end sourcing, contract finalisation, and responsible for cost-out and sustainability initiatives.

The role requires graduate qualification or proven indirect procurement experience, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate qualification or proven experience in indirect procurement.
• Negotiation and commercial analytical skills.
• Supplier/Customer relationship management experience or excellent interpersonal skills.
• Project management and leadership skills with ability to drive change.
• Ability to set a three-year category plan and lead multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing process for Facilities Management regionally.
• Negotiate contract terms with suppliers and ensure value delivery.
• Develop regional category strategies focusing on cost-out, supply continuity, and sustainability.
• Build and maintain SRM across regional suppliers and key partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver regional procurement projects.
