Job summary

OneSchool Global UK is seeking a seasoned Regional Procurement Manager to lead a strategic, commercial and data‑driven procurement function across 23 campuses. You will shape strategy, personally drive sourcing activity, and negotiate with suppliers to deliver measurable value and risk management.

The role reports to the Regional Director of Operations and requires strong stakeholder influence, contract management and cross‑functional collaboration to support long‑term organisational objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience operating in a complex or multi-site environment.
• Substantial end-to-end procurement and tendering experience.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and influence decisions.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing contracts, suppliers and procurement risk.
• Track record delivering commercial outcomes.
• Experience in education, charities, the public sector or regulated environments is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering the regional procurement strategy and pipeline.
• Leading tenders, sourcing exercises and supplier negotiations.
• Building strong supplier and contract management frameworks.
• Driving measurable commercial value and efficiencies.
• Strengthening procurement governance, compliance and assurance.
• Managing supplier and supply chain risk.
• Providing expert procurement advice to senior stakeholders.
• Developing procurement capability and best practice across the organisation.
