Job summary

ScS is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the South East region, driving sales, service and operational excellence across 11 stores. The role involves coaching Store Managers, shaping the customer experience and ensuring compliant, high-standard operations.

Travel across the region is required and you will collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver business objectives. You will champion our values, manage the colleague lifecycle and strive for continuous improvement in a fast-paced furniture

Qualifications

• Proven experience of leading and developing teams across multiple retail locations or a geographically dispersed operation.
• Strong commercial, sales and P&L management experience with track record of delivering targets and KPIs.
• Ability to analyse business performance data and translate insight into improvements.
• Strong people-management skills: recruitment, coaching, performance management and development.

Responsibilities

• Take overall accountability for delivering the region's commercial, operational and people KPIs.
• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and their teams to drive engagement and results.
• Manage the colleague lifecycle across the region, including recruitment, onboarding and retention.
• Drive sales and customer service, ensuring high standards and compliant operations across all stores.
• Embed initiatives and changes with a focus on people and customer outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support regional objectives.
