Job summary

Migrant Help invites applications for a Regional Manager role covering Scotland, Glasgow and Paisley. The position is hybrid with a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027, with potential for extension or permanency.

The role focuses on operational management, stakeholder engagement, and service development within the TESS program. Applicants should have proven team development skills, ability to work with diverse stakeholders, and comfort handling sensitive situations.

Qualifications

• Experienced in coaching and developing a team.
• Ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders.
• Experience working with vulnerable or sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational management of the TESS service within contract requirements.
• Line management, supervision and staff engagement activities.
• Recruit, manage and develop the TESS operational team for high performance.
• Allocate workload and delegate tasks to ensure effective regional delivery.
• Act as primary liaison and operational lead with stakeholders incl. Scottish Government and police.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships across Scotland to ensure joined-up client support.
• Lead on safeguarding and incident management within the regional service.
• Ensure Health and Safety policies are followed across the region.
