Qualifications

• Experience in introducer or dealer-facing commercial roles within motor finance or equivalent.
• Proven ability to drive sales targets and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target and onboard introducers aligned with target market.
• Manage introducer performance and submission of accurate forecasts.
• Monitor commission structures and address clawbacks or debt promptly.
• Maintain relationships with dealers, ensuring engagement and profitability.
• Provide training and product education to introducers to drive volume.
