Job summary

Hodge MF seeks a Regional Manager to acquire and manage introducers across the defined region, focusing on onboarding new dealer partners and driving volume through a compelling dealer package. You’ll manage performance, forecasts, and debt while ensuring compliance with FCA rules.

The role is field-based with substantial regional travel, requiring strong relationship-building, negotiation, and data-driven decision making to achieve targets and maintain profitability.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in introducer or dealer commercial roles within motor finance or a similar sector.
• Strong pricing and commission negotiation experience.
• Target-driven and proactive in chasing commercial opportunities and relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Familiar with FCA compliance and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and onboard new introducers within the assigned region.
• Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of opportunities; deliver volume targets.
• Manage introducer performance and revenue through the dealership network.
• Support introducers with training, deal structuring, and product education to drive volume.
• Monitor introducer commissions and manage debt or clawbacks as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding, performance, and escalations.
