Job summary

Hodge MF is seeking a Regional Manager to acquire and manage introducers within an assigned region, focusing on dealer partners and delivering agreed case volume and lending targets. You will onboard new introducers, manage performance, and handle commissions while ensuring compliance and effective relationship management.

The role is field-based with substantial regional travel, requiring strong commercial acumen, proactive deal structuring, and knowledge of FCA rules.

Qualifications

• Proven success in introducer or dealer commercial roles within motor finance
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and onboard new introducers aligned with defined target market
• Present value proposition and dealer package to maximise conversion
• Ensure onboarding and ramp-up in production
• Deliver case volume and lending targets within your region
• Maintain pipeline of introducer opportunities and submit accurate forecasts
• Own and manage relationships with assigned dealers, ensuring engagement and profitability
• Monitor and manage introducer weighted average commission, address over-commissioning risks
• Ensure FCA compliance and data protection standards
