Job summary

Barnardo's is seeking a Regional Manager – Major Partnership to lead the regional delivery of a multi-channel fundraising programme with The Co-op Group, driving employee and customer engagement and delivering outstanding supporter experiences.

You will develop regional engagement activity, steward supporters, identify new fundraising opportunities and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across a large charity partnership to maximise impact.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and managing corporate fundraising or client relationships.
• Proven track record delivering account plans and achieving financial targets.
• Strong communication and networking skills across large organisations.

Salary: £36,337 - £42,271
Contract: Fixed term up to 3 years, minimum of 12 months
Location: Home-based

As Regional Manager, you'll support the delivery of a multi-channel fundraising programme with The Co-op Group, helping to drive employee and customer engagement, maximise fundraising opportunities and deliver an exceptional supporter experience. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation and key stakeholders within The Co-op Group, you'll develop regional engagement activity, steward supporters, identify new fundraising opportunities and contribute to the ongoing success of this significant partnership.

To be successful as the Regional Manager – Major Partnership, you will need:

• Experience developing and managing corporate, fundraising, sales or client relationships within a commercial or charity environment.
• A proven track record of delivering account plans, achieving financial targets and managing stakeholder engagement
• Strong communication and networking skills, with the ability to build relationships across large and complex organisations
