Job summary

PPS Recruitment in South Africa is seeking a Branch Manager for the Internal Distribution team based in Boland. You will lead and develop Financial Advisors, drive performance, and ensure sales targets are met in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires leadership experience, FAIS compliance awareness, and a track record of coaching teams to deliver exceptional member service and business results.

Qualifications

• A relevant bachelor's degree is essential
• An Honours degree and PPS membership would be preferably
• Certified Finance Planner would be advantageous
• Completed RE5 (Representative) certificate

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, develop and motivate a Financial Advisory team to ensure they deliver the required member experience, quality of service and personal targets
• Accountable for the optimization for processes, resources and technology to assist financial advisors to fulfil their roles
• Knowledge and understanding of sales activity and productivity management processes
• Monitor compliance, recommendations and advice rendered to clients
• Conduct performance management
• Supervision in line with FAIS requirements
• Keep abreast of changes in legislation, products processes and systems
• Business Development
• Strategic Orientation: Knowledge and understanding of the PPS vision, strategy and member value proposition
• Communication: Is articulate and communicates in a logical way and structures information to meet the needs and understanding of intended audiences
