Job summary

Ferguson Dean in the Northwest of England is seeking a Manager to lead and nurture its advisory team, guiding field-based and Pathfinder advisers to deliver goals-based financial planning.

You will embed cashflow forecasting in the advice process, supervise day-to-day operations, and shape a high-performance culture focused on client outcomes and adviser development. You will also use performance data to tailor coaching and develop bespoke personal development plans for advisers.

Qualifications

Are you a natural leader with a passion for developing people and driving performance? A rapidly expanding IFA firm is seeking a Manager to lead and nurture its advisory team. Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Commercial acumen, with a focus on meeting client needs rather than applying sales pressure.
  • Proficiency in using performance data to manage capacity and track delivery.
  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
  • Alignment with company values and enthusiasm for a leader-leader approach.
  • Based in the Northwest of England.
  • Experience in a growing or acquisitive business.
  • Experience in a regulated supervisory role.
