Job summary

Leaders In Care Ltd. seeks an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of care homes in the Sheffield region. You will provide clinical leadership, support Home Managers and drive quality and regulatory standards across multiple services.

You will coach teams, implement improvement plans, and ensure consistent, person-centred care while maintaining excellent relationships with residents, families and regulators. A region-wide travel commitment is required.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
  • Experience leading multi-site or regional healthcare services.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and adult social care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and support to Home Managers across multiple sites.
  • Coach management teams and drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure governance, clinical standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct governance, clinical audits and safeguard processes.
  • Support performance management and staff wellbeing.
  • Facilitate clinical supervision and nurse revalidation.
  • Manage relationships with residents, families and external partners.
  • Drive occupancy growth and maintain strong local reputations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to improve regional performance.

Regional Manager

Location: Sheffield (Regional Travel Required)
Salary: £70,000 + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Manager to join a well-established and growing care provider, supporting a portfolio of residential and nursing homes across the region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and driven healthcare professional to work alongside Home Managers, strengthening clinical practice, improving quality standards, and driving operational excellence across multiple services.

Working as part of a supportive senior leadership team, you'll play a key role in ensuring homes consistently deliver safe, person-centred care while achieving the highest regulatory and clinical standards.

The Role

As Regional Manager, you will provide operational, clinical and leadership support to Home Managers across a portfolio of care homes.

You'll coach and mentor management teams, identify opportunities for improvement, and support services in achieving outstanding outcomes for residents, colleagues and regulators alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, coaching and ongoing support to Home Managers.
  • Support services to achieve and maintain excellent standards of care, governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop, implement and monitor quality improvement plans.
  • Conduct clinical, governance and quality audits, identifying opportunities to improve resident outcomes.
  • Support managers with clinical governance, nursing practice, performance management, absence management and colleague wellbeing.
  • Facilitate clinical supervision and support nurse revalidation.
  • Provide guidance through safeguarding concerns, investigations and promote best practice.
  • Support occupancy growth by ensuring homes deliver exceptional resident experiences and maintain excellent local reputations.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to drive continuous improvement across the region.
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a valid, unrestricted NMC PIN.
  • Previous multi-site, regional or senior operational leadership experience within elderly care.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, clinical governance and adult social care legislation.
  • Experience leading quality improvement initiatives and supporting service development.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the region.
