Job summary

Leaders In Care is seeking a Regional Manager in Sheffield to provide leadership and clinical governance across multiple care homes. You will coach Home Managers, drive quality improvements and ensure regulatory compliance while travelling regionally.

The role requires an active NMC PIN, experience in elderly care leadership and strong stakeholder management. A UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, clinical governance and adult social care legislation.
• Experience leading quality improvement initiatives and supporting service development.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the region.

• Work closely with the senior leadership team to drive continuous improvement across the region.

Regional Manager Location: Sheffield (Regional Travel Required)

Salary: £70,000 + Benefits

The Role

As Regional Manager, you will provide operational, clinical and leadership support to Home Managers across a portfolio of care homes.

You'll coach and mentor management teams, identify opportunities for improvement, and support services in achieving outstanding outcomes for residents, colleagues and regulators alike.

About You

To be successful in this role, you\'ll have:

• Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a valid, unrestricted NMC PIN.


• Previous multi-site, regional or senior operational leadership experience within elderly care.

• Experience leading quality improvement initiatives and supporting service development.
