Job summary

Kingdom Cleaning is seeking an experienced Regional Manager for the South West region. You will oversee a portfolio of cleaning contracts, drive profitability, and lead site teams to deliver high service standards across the region.

Based around Reading/Bracknell area with travel across the South West, you will report to the Director of Service and shape growth opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cleaning or Facilities Management sector.
• Proven track record managing multiple sites, contracts and teams across a wide geographical area.
• Strong commercial awareness with a history of improving contract performance and profitability.

Location: South West Region (Ideally based around Reading, Bracknell, Swindon or surrounding areas)

Salary: £50,000 per annum

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week, Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (or as required by the business)

Regional Manager - South West Region

Kingdom Cleaning is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Regional Manager to lead and develop a diverse portfolio of cleaning contracts across the South West region. Covering an area from Guildford across to Wales and south towards Exeter, this is a critical leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, contract profitability, and business growth.

We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on leader with proven experience in the Cleaning or Facilities Management industry, capable of managing multiple contracts, leading high-performing teams, and delivering sustainable revenue growth. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to play a key part in shaping the future expansion of Kingdom Cleaning.

About the Role

As Regional Manager, you will have full responsibility for a portfolio of contracts across the South West region, ensuring exceptional service delivery whilst maximising profitability and maintaining the highest operational standards.

Reporting directly to the Director of Service, you will build strong customer relationships, identify commercial opportunities, oversee operational performance, manage budgets, and lead teams of site supervisors and operatives to deliver outstanding results.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational management and requires someone who can confidently balance client expectations, financial performance, people management, and service excellence.

• Manage recruitment, retention, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Oversee payroll processing, staffing levels, and absence management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and industry regulations.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, disciplinary matters, and welfare issues professionally.
• Manage equipment, stock levels, consumables, and supplier relationships.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement meaningful KPI-driven improvements.
• Support the implementation of best-in-class operational systems and processes.
• Promote Kingdom's CARE values throughout all aspects of service delivery.
