Marston Holdings is seeking a proactive Regional Manager to oversee our nationwide Field Operations. You will lead a large team of employed and self-employed agents, driving efficiency, performance, and service level compliance.

Qualifications

• Understanding of collection processes and procedures.

• Proficient IT skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience delivering results in field services.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, training, developing, and motivating a team of multi-skilled field agents.
• Reviewing field activity and implementing proactive strategies to improve performance.
• Maximising staff retention and supporting growth of the Field Operation in line with client needs.
• Managing operational challenges with a flexible, solution-focused approach.
• Analyzing performance data, setting targets, and developing agent incentives.
• Producing weekly forecasts and MI reports to track field effectiveness.
• Holding regular performance reviews and audit follow-ups with agents.
• Providing feedback during client calls and meetings.
• Building strong working relationships across Field and office teams.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Regional Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nationwide Field team. You will lead and support a large group of employed and self‑employed agents, ensuring that field activity is efficient, effective, and aligned with service level agreements.
