Job summary

Reed Croydon Core is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of recruitment specialisms, develop people, grow client partnerships, and drive outstanding business performance. You will shape strategy, empower teams, and build a strong local market presence within Reed's established Croydon office.

You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, mentoring recruiters and managers, and delivering ambitious targets through high-performance teams in a hybrid working environment.
