Job summary

Reed is looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Crawley office, taking sole responsibility for the Industrial recruitment market across Sussex. This role offers greater autonomy for an experienced recruiter in a high-performing team, with a strong emphasis on building client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll manage the full 360° recruitment process, develop the Industrial market in Sussex, and travel regularly across the region.
