Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to cover Merton, Wimbledon and surrounding areas. The role involves planning and coordinating repair, maintenance and construction work to meet cost, time, and quality standards, and carrying out technical surveys to identify defects and risks.

You will travel across the region, perform pre/post-inspections, and report findings to stakeholders. This is a permanent, full-time position based in London with a salary range outlined by the

Competenze

• Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3.
• Member of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS or CIOB).
• Willingness and ability to travel across the region.

• Lead pre/post-inspections and prepare reports for responsive, void, and cyclical repairs.
• Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance and construction work to meet cost, time and quality targets.
• Conduct building and technical surveys to determine condition and identify defects and risks.
