Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operatives and external contractors across the Midlands, South and Wales. The role involves site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across care homes.

You will manage service level agreements, review reports and recommendations, and drive best-value solutions. A full driving license is required, with building services, mechanical and electrical qualifications, plus CAFM

Qualifications

• Must manage maintenance operatives and contractors across a large regional portfolio.
• Strong IT skills and CAFM system experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-house and external trade teams across multiple care homes.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, surveys and audits.
• Oversee service level agreements with external contractors and ensure compliance.
• Monitor regulatory requirements including H&S, legislation, and quality standards.
