Bodycote is seeking a Regional Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead engineering performance across multiple UK sites. You will own asset reliability, preventative maintenance, and engineering standards while developing teams and driving improvements across operations.

As Regional Maintenance Engineering Manager, you’ll lead engineering performance across multiple UK sites, ensuring our teams, assets and maintenance activities operate safely, reliably and effectively. You’ll take ownership of multi site engineering leadership, asset reliability, preventative maintenance, engineering standards and team development, delivering measurable improvements across our operations.
Working closely with General Managers, senior operational leaders and site engineering teams, you’ll drive a consistent approach to engineering performance, with a particular focus on reducing downtime, improving planned maintenance adherence and eliminating repeat equipment failures.
This is a UK multi site role, requiring regular travel between Bodycote locations. Due to the operational nature of the position, some flexibility will also be required to provide support outside normal working hours in response to significant unplanned equipment failures or quality issues.
