Job summary

Kier Group in Glasgow is seeking a Building Services Manager to provide expert MEP delivery across multiple projects from tender through to commissioning. You will act as our in-house SME, guiding design and construction teams and coordinating with external partners to meet Kier standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of modern mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems, a degree in mechanical or electrical discipline (or NVQ/HND/HNC/CIBSE), and SMSTS/CSCS certification with a full driving

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical or electrical discipline or equivalent.
• Experience in main contracting with sub-contractors.
• SMSTS, CSCS Card and full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage selection and oversight of specialist sub-contractors.
• Coordinate M&E packages with design teams and review submittals.
• Oversee on-site M&E installations quality and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with Kier standards and project requirements.
