Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a Regional Live-in Team Leader to assess care needs, develop care plans and coordinate new live-in placements across East Anglia. The role is home-based with regular travel to clients’ homes and carers’ sites.

You will supervise live-in carers, perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with CQC standards, while building strong relationships with families and health professionals.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a care setting with vulnerable adults (senior carer / team leader / field care supervisor)
• Experience of care needs assessments and writing care plans
• Experience of spot checks, competency assessments and supervisions
• Good working knowledge of CQC fundamental standards and safe home care practices
• Confident IT skills and experience with a digital care management system
• Full UK driving licence, access to own vehicle, willingness to travel across East Anglia

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to new live-in care enquiries and carry out in-home assessments
• Develop comprehensive, person-centred care plans and risk assessments
• Match live-in carers to clients based on needs, personality and preferences
• Support start of new placements with introductions, handovers and first-week checks
• Carry out regular welfare checks, spot checks and competency assessments of carers
• Build relationships with families and healthcare professionals and manage your diary/travel across the region

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Regional Live-in Team Leader to carry out care assessments, build person-centered care plans and get new live-in placements for the clients based in their homes.The role covers the East Anglia region and requires regular travel throughout the area

This is a home based role and will spend much of your working week out visiting clients and carers across the region.You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

As the Regional Live-in Team Leader your key duties include:

• Respond promptly to new live-in care enquiries and carry out assessments in clients' homes
• Develop comprehensive, person-centred care plans and risk assessments covering medication and mobility from day one
• Help match the right live-in carer to each client based on care needs, personality, and preferences
• Support the start of new placements, including carer introductions, handovers, and first-week check-ins
• Carry out regular spot checks, competency assessments, and welfare checks with live-in carers across the region
• Build strong relationships with families and healthcare professionals, including GPs, district nurses, and social workers
• Manage your own diary and travel efficiently across the region to prioritise urgent new assessments and placements

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• 2 years' experience of working in a care setting with vulnerable adults, including time in a senior carer, team leader, field care supervisor or similar role
• Experience of carrying out care needs assessments and writing care plans
• Experience of conducting spot checks, competency assessments and supervisions
• Good working knowledge of CQC fundamental standards and what good, safe care looks like in someone's own home
• Confident IT skills, including experience of a digital care management system
• Full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle and willingness to travel regularly across East Anglia

**To be considered for this position you must hold Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or willingness to work towards it**

The successful Regional Live-in Team Leader will receive an excellent salary up to £30,000 per annum.This exciting position is a permanent role with Full Time and Part Time opportunities available.In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
