Job summary
Jupiter Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for an organised Regional Live-in Team Leader covering East Anglia. You will carry out care assessments, build person-centred care plans and match live-in carers to clients in their homes, travelling regularly across the region.
This home-based role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or you can work towards it), a full UK driving licence, and experience in care settings with vulnerable adults.
Qualifications
- 2 years' experience in a care setting with vulnerable adults.
- Experience of care needs assessments and writing care plans.
- Experience of spot checks, competency assessments and supervisions.
- Good working knowledge of CQC fundamental standards and safe care at home.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across East Anglia.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to live-in care enquiries and carry out assessments in clients' homes.
- Develop comprehensive, person-centred care plans and risk assessments.
- Match live-in carers to clients based on needs and preferences.
- Support start of new placements with introductions and handovers.
- Carry out regular welfare checks with live-in carers across the region.
- Build relationships with families and healthcare professionals and manage your diary.
