Job summary

Priory Group seeks a Regional Trainer to drive healthcare training across the North West England and Scotland region. The role combines hands-on delivery with planning, supporting a hybrid model of one remote day and four site days, and includes a £5,200 car allowance due to travel requirements.

You will use LMS data, build relationships with leaders, and ensure compliant, engaging training across First Aid, Fire Marshal, and People Handling (Levels 1 and 2).

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training in mixed formats (in-person/virtual).
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential due to travel.
• Ability to plan and deliver training across North West England and Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training across First Aid, Fire Marshal, and People Handling (Levels 1 and 2).
• Design and run webinars and learning sessions for regional development.
• Travel across the North West and Scotland while maintaining compliance and stakeholder relationships.
