CCH Group is seeking a Regional Trainer to deliver Care Worker training across Yorkshire and Humberside. This field-based role covers Bradford, York, Sheffield, Worksop, Grimsby and Rotherham, with a 37.5-hour week on a fixed-term 6-month contract.
You will train, assess learners and maintain training records, while aiming to meet training targets. Access to a vehicle is required due to geographical coverage.

Experience in delivering training within Health + Social care is desirable

The role of the Regional Trainer is to deliver Care Worker training and assess Trainee learning. Maintaining complete and accurate training records, Achieving and meeting targets for training.
You will have a background in training, with a PTTLS or equivalent , Level 4 People Handling and Risk Assessment key trainers’ certificate and or Level 3 First Aid at Work qualification. Being desirable. A full, current driving licence is essential.
