Job summary

RNLI in Scotland seeks an inspiring Head of Region to lead lifesaving operations across the region, including lifeboats, lifeguards and water safety initiatives. Based in Perth, you will travel extensively to meet the demands of the role and work with volunteers, staff and regional teams to deliver the 2040 Strategy.

You will build relationships, drive performance, manage risk, and champion inclusion while leading a multidisciplinary regional leadership team and reporting to Poole support.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a complex organisation.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience formulating annual business plans with financial accountability.
• Familiarity with risk, compliance and governance frameworks.
• Proven stakeholder engagement with volunteers and communities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for sensitive contexts.
