The RNLI is seeking an inspirational Head of Region – Scotland to lead lifeboat stations, lifeguard services and water safety across 45 stations and 8 beaches. You will drive strategic delivery, people leadership and regional performance, while working closely with volunteers, staff and Poole support teams.

You will be based regionally (Perth) with flexibility to travel to RNLI locations, and will champion inclusion, business planning and risk management within an assurance framework, guiding

Responsabilidades

• Lead lifesaving services across the region, including lifeboats, lifeguard and water safety, supported by fundraising, assets and estates, communications and business functions.
• Provide people-centric operational leadership for 45 lifeboat stations and 8 lifeguarded beaches, working with volunteers and staff.
• Lead a regional leadership team, monitor safety, risk, performance and regional impact within an assurance framework.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and participate with Poole support teams.
• Champion inclusion and lead change across the region.
