Atos is seeking a senior architect to lead the design and optimization of production‑grade agentic solutions across regional deployments in the UK, ensuring scalability, safety and performance.

You will translate business needs into robust architectures, guide teams from consumer-grade to production‑ready designs, and collaborate with governance and platform teams to maintain security standards.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years in architecture roles (solution, systems or platform architecture).
• Proven experience designing complex enterprise platforms or AI‑driven systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and operational requirements into agentic system designs
• Guide teams in moving from consumer-grade to production-grade agent design
• Review and optimize agent workflows, decision logic, and system interactions
• Ensure compliance with platform architecture, governance, and security standards
• Support client-specific or sensitive solution design, including restricted data environments
• Act as a regional SME and escalation point for complex agent design challenges
• Collaborate with central platform and governance teams

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of agentic AI architectures and frameworks
• Experience designing production-grade distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of system design, APIs, and workflow orchestration
• Ability to assess trade-offs (autonomy vs control, cost vs performance, etc.)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with tools like LangGraph, n8n, orchestration frameworks
• Knowledge of AI observability and evaluation frameworks
• Experience in sovereign or restricted deployment environments
• Background in ITSM or managed services automation

Experience Profile

• 8-15+ years in architecture roles (solution, systems, or platform architecture)
• Proven experience designing complex enterprise platforms or AI-driven systems

Candidate Persona

Essential Criteria – SC Eligibility

To be eligible for SC clearance, you must have lived and worked in the UK continuously for the past 5 years.
