Job summary

You will guide teams from consumer-grade to production-grade designs, collaborate with central governance, and ensure compliance with platform standards while supporting sensitive environments.

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years in architecture roles (solution, systems, or platform architecture).
• Proven experience designing complex enterprise platforms or AI-driven systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and operational requirements into agentic system designs.
• Guide teams in moving from consumer-grade to production-grade agent design.
• Review and optimize agent workflows, decision logic, and system interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and operational requirements into agentic system designs
• Guide teams in moving from consumer-grade to production-grade agent design
• Review and optimize agent workflows, decision logic, and system interactions
• Ensure compliance with platform architecture, governance, and security standards
• Support client-specific or sensitive solution design, including restricted data environments
• Act as a regional SME and escalation point for complex agent design challenges
• Collaborate with central platform and governance teams

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of agentic AI architectures and frameworks
• Experience designing production-grade distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of system design, APIs, and workflow orchestration
• Ability to assess trade-offs (autonomy vs control, cost vs performance, etc.)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with tools like LangGraph, n8n, orchestration frameworks
• Knowledge of AI observability and evaluation frameworks
• Experience in sovereign or restricted deployment environments
• Background in ITSM or managed services automation

Experience Profile

8-15+ years in architecture roles (solution, systems, or platform architecture). Proven experience designing complex enterprise platforms or AI-driven systems.

Candidate Persona

A forward-looking architect who balances innovation with control. Able to challenge naive AI approaches and elevate designs to production-grade standards, especially in regulated or client-specific environments.
