Job summary

Atos Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior architect to lead the design and optimization of production-grade agentic solutions deployed regionally. You will ensure AI agents meet enterprise scalability, safety and performance requirements in real-world environments.

The role requires deep expertise in agentic AI, distributed systems, APIs and governance, with 8–15+ years in architecture roles. You will guide teams, review workflows and collaborate with central platforms to deliver

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of agentic AI architectures and frameworks.
• Experience designing production-grade distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of system design, APIs, and workflow orchestration.
• Ability to assess trade-offs (autonomy vs control, cost vs performance, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Translate business and operational requirements into agentic system designs.
• Guide teams in moving from consumer-grade to production-grade agent design.
• Review and optimize agent workflows, decision logic, and system interactions.
• Ensure compliance with platform architecture, governance, and security standards.
• Support client-specific or sensitive solution design, including restricted data environments.
• Act as a regional SME and escalation point for complex agent design challenges.
• Collaborate with central platform and governance teams.

Required Skills

• Experience with tools like LangGraph, n8n, orchestration frameworks

• Experience in sovereign or restricted deployment environments
• Background in ITSM or managed services automation
• Experience Profile 8 15+ years in architecture roles (solution, systems, or platform architecture)
• Proven experience designing complex enterprise platforms or AI‑driven systems
