Job summary

Gold Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support benchtop water purification systems used in research, quality control and analytical labs. You will install, validate and service high-spec systems across your region.

Qualifications

HNC (or higher) in Engineering or a Scientific discipline.
Experience in a lab, technical, mechanical or electrical environment.
Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to work independently.
Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

Installing and validating high-spec water purification systems.
Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs.
Delivering outstanding service that builds trust and long-term relationships.
Identifying opportunities for service contracts and lead generation.
