Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multi-site insurance broking operation.
• Strengthen sales leadership and embed a proactive, commercially focused culture.
• Drive organic growth through new business, account executive development and expansion of existing portfolios.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability and overall business performance.
• Attract, develop and retain high-quality talent across the region.
• Support and coaching of local leadership teams to improve accountability and achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement a strategic growth plan, translating business objectives into measurable results.
• Work with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and overcome challenges for the organisation.
