Qualifikationen

• Significant experience handling complex corporate or large commercial insurance placements.
• Strong insurer relationships and the ability to influence markets and negotiate effectively.
• Excellent technical knowledge to design and deliver sophisticated insurance programmes.
• Confidence to engage with senior decision-makers and clients with substantial insurance spend.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and bring teams together to deliver results.
• Proactive, commercially driven approach with the ambition to raise the bar across the region.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate complex, high‑value insurance placements across the region, from initial discussions to placement.
• Build strong relationships with insurers and market contacts to negotiate best terms for clients.
• Work with account directors in senior client meetings, providing expert broking advice.
• Shape technically complex insurance solutions tailored to each client's needs.
• Support and influence regional broking teams to maintain high service and technical standards.
• Own challenging cases by integrating market, technical, commercial and sales elements to drive outcomes.
• Play a visible region-wide role to strengthen market presence and drive growth.
