Job summary

KONE is seeking a Construction Manager to lead installation operations across a key region, overseeing multiple projects and driving performance to ensure safe, on‑time and on‑budget delivery. The role collaborates with Project Managers, Installation Engineers, customers and contractors to uphold high standards.

Based from our Basingstoke or Woking office, covering the M4 Corridor from Swindon to West London.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Construction Manager or similar leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation activities across multiple projects and sites.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Manage project delivery, resources, productivity, quality and performance.
• Build strong relationships with customers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Coach and develop installation teams.
• Identify risks early and implement effective solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement across the region.
