Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Regional H&S Manager for the SGN site in Epsom to lead health, safety and environmental compliance across the contract team.

You will champion occupational health, safety, and environmental awareness, promoting a proactive safety culture and ensuring rigorous QSHE standards. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a competitive package including a car/allowance and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Health & Safety management role.
• Experience working in a complex, fast-moving environment in a similar management role.
• Experience reporting safety metrics (leading/lagging indicators).
• People focused; able to engage, develop and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe working environments and ensure adherence to Health & Safety policies (Road to Zero).
• Lead accident investigations with support from QHSE and execute corrective actions.
• Perform daily Health & Safety checks for compliance.
• Develop, update and maintain safety procedures and documents.
• Act as subject matter expert for QSHE compliance and safety-related issues.
