Job summary

Kenton Black Limited is assisting with the recruitment of a Part-time Regional HSE Advisor for Exeter region projects. The role is three days per week, with flexibility on days, and involves monitoring HSE processes, advising sites on safety issues, and coordinating bespoke training within a live residential construction environment.

The ideal candidate has NEBOSH Construction or General qualification and a Safety & Health Diploma qualification (NEBOSH/NVQ/NCRQ preferred), plus strong

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Construction or General qualification is essential.
• Safety & Health Diploma qualification (NEBOSH/NVQ/NCRQ) preferred.
• Experience in construction projects and associated hazards essential.
• Experience in housebuilding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking monitoring of the health, safety and the environment processes.
• Ensuring site-based management are focused on delivering a safe and healthy working environment.
• Advising sites on project-specific health, safety and environment issues.
• Working proactively to identify potential risks and areas for continuous improvement.
• An integral team member in driving safety across their site portfolio in the region.
• A confident communicator able to manage up as well as down.
• Delivering an array of bespoke training.
