Job summary

Simply Jobsworth is seeking an experienced Area Safety Advisor to provide professional Health & Safety guidance across Midlands, Wales, Manchester and the South West. You will work with site teams to uphold high safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role involves reporting, risk assessment advice, regular site inspections, investigations of incidents, inductions and regional safety training. A NEBOSH Construction qualification and CSCS card are essential.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Construction qualification is essential.
• White CSCS Card required.
• Minimum 3 years' building/construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide health & safety advice across the business.
• Submit quarterly safety reports to MD.
• Coordinate and present safety statistics.
• Advise on risk assessments and method statements.
• Keep up to date with HSE guidance and legislation.
• Carry out site inspections and write reports.
• Investigate serious accidents and incidents.
• Deliver inductions and safety training regionally.
• Liaise with HSE inspectors and safety bodies.
