Vital Energi is seeking an experienced H&S Advisor (Construction) for the South Region. You will support engineering teams across multiple sites, promoting safe practices and reviewing RAMS, with a focus on high-risk activities.

Strong communication with project teams and subcontractors is essential. Ideal candidates hold a NEBOSH Certificate and an internal auditor qualification, with 2–5 years in construction safety.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering H&S support in multi-site construction environments.
• Ability to review RAMS and ensure compliance with CDM 2015 and legislation.
• Experience with risk assessment and method statements in civils, working at height, lifting operations.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with project teams to implement high safety standards.
• Provide challenge to subcontractors on H&S at project level.
• Review and assess site RAMS and ensure safe working practices.
• Conduct monthly site inspections and prepare reports with improvements.
• Advise on training needs for employees on health and safety.
