Job summary

Cala Group is seeking a Health Safety and Environmental Advisor for the Chiltern region to champion HSE. You will collaborate with regional management to improve HSE performance and ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.

You will visit projects, support training, and help develop regional HSE plans while maintaining strong relationships with contractors and enforcement agencies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Health, Safety & Environmental advisory role, preferably in construction/housebuilding.
• Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience conducting site inspections, audits and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSE guidance and ensure compliance with Cala Group Standards and statutory requirements.
• Develop and improve the HSE management system and improvement plans.
• Support regional training plans and delivery of HSE training courses.
