Job summary

Kenton Black is seeking a NEBOSH-qualified HSE Advisor to join a growing civil engineering contractor. The role covers sites across the South West region, mainly enabling works, highways and infrastructure schemes.

You will be home-based with travel to sites regionally and bring demonstrable civil engineering experience to the team. Reporting into the HSE Manager, you will visit sites, provide operational SHEQ support, conduct inspections and drive continual HSEQ improvements.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Civil Engineering environments essential.
• Ability to travel regionally and engage with site teams.
• Proactive, dynamic and self-motivated with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visiting sites and integrating with delivery teams.
• Provide operational SHEQ support across the South West region.
• Conduct site inspections and audits.
• Drive continual HSEQ improvements across the company.
