Job summary

Kenton Black has an excellent opportunity for a Regional HSE Advisor to join a leading developer delivering residential properties across the M$ corridor/Cotswolds region. You will be strong operationally and able to manage subcontractors and their safety output on site.

Reporting to the Group Safety, Health & Environmental Manager, you will monitor HSE processes, advise sites on issues, and drive safety across the portfolio with a proactive approach and effective training delivery.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Construction qualification is essential.
• Experience with construction projects and housebuilding is required/preferable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Undertake monitoring of health, safety and environmental processes.
• Ensure site management focuses on a safe and healthy environment.
• Advise sites on project-specific health, safety and environment issues.
• Work proactively to identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive safety across the regional site portfolio.
• Deliver bespoke training as needed.
