Job summary

We Are Adam is recruiting a Regional HR Business Partner to support frontline, customer-facing teams in the Bristol region. This field-based role requires close partnership with cluster leaders to translate and embed the HR plan, manage ER issues, and drive a positive culture across multiple sites.

You will update leaders on employment law, translate changes into practical guidance, and contribute to talent and succession planning while addressing regional skills gaps.

Qualifications

• Commercial HRBP with strong generalist experience focused on ER and coaching managers.
• Knowledge of talent and succession planning is advantageous.
• Ability to work at pace with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leaders and managers to embed the HR plan.
• Lead employee relations activity and upskill leaders to foster a positive culture.
• Explain and apply employment law in a pragmatic way for the region.
• Support talent and succession planning and identify capability gaps across the team.
