Job summary

360 Talent partners with a Heritage retail brand to recruit an HRBP to support stores across the South West of England. You will be the go-to HR Partner for Area Managers, Store Managers and Deputy Managers, driving performance management, employee relations and people initiatives across your region.

This is a field-based role; expect to be in stores at least three days a week, building relationships and solving problems on the ground while shaping the colleague lifecycle and policy

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience or CIPD Level 5.
• Solid knowledge of employment legislation.
• Retail or multisite experience is advantageous.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on advice and support to store leadership on people, process and policy.
• Own performance management activity across your region with clear objectives and feedback.
• Lead Employee Relations case management in line with ACAS best practice.
• Use data (case trends, turnover) to spot patterns and advise stakeholders.
• Spot risk early and coordinate welfare, ER, recruitment and training with stakeholders.

• Provide hands‑on advice and support to store leadership on people, process and policy
• Own performance management activity across your region, clear objectives, effective feedback, better customer service outcomes
• Lead Employee Relations case management, in line with ACAS best practice
• Use data (case trends, turnover, etc.) to spot patterns and advise stakeholders
• Spot risk early, welfare, ER, recruitment, training and work with stakeholders to fix it

What we are looking for:

• Generalist HR experience, or CIPD Level 5
• Solid, current knowledge of employment legislation
• Experience within Retail would be advantageous or within multisite business
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and genuinely strong active listening
