We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Operations Lead to manage and support HR operations across multiple countries. This role combines strategic oversight with operational involvement and requires strong leadership, a collaborative mindset, and a hands-on approach to human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support local HR teams across the region
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR processes
  • Act as a trusted partner to managers in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Execute HR projects and harmonization initiatives at the regional level
  • Manage HR administration and employee lifecycle activities in an assigned country
  • Collaborate with internal HR stakeholders on policy development and process alignment
  • Maintain effective communication across countries and within the HR community

Requirements:

  • University degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an international setting
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to manage cross-country teams
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and employment legislation, labour law
  • Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with works councils or unions
